Steps We Take to Preserve Your Property

We will go to the affected area of your property and inspect the water damage to your floors, ceilings, walls, attic, or crawl space.
For this step, we use a high-power truck-mounted vacuum to remove all standing water.
We apply biocide to the affected area as it is a chemical used to help prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi.
After evaluating the size of the affected area, we will determine how much and what type of drying equipment will be needed to remove all of the moisture from the area.
We will come to the property daily with precision moisture meters to gather air and structure readings. This is done to determine how well the drying process is proceeding and make any necessary adjustments if needed.
After the drying process, we will clean and deodorize the carpet to leave you with the cleanest and freshest smell possible.
